Kathleen thoughtfully sent me some French Roast beans from her favorite roaster, Wandering Goat Coffee Company, in Eugene, OR. I treated myself to a slow Sunday morning ritual….opening the bag, savoring the aroma, finding the grinder, pulling out the french press, choosing my mug. I was rewarded with one of the best cups of coffee I have had in a long, long time.
