1000 cups of coffee, one photo at a time
From Julio Appling of Extroverted Introversion. “This is a cocoa latte from Sahagun Chocolates in Portland, OR. While I love my espresso, I’m not much of a chocolate fan (sacrilege!). Regardless, the owner, chocolatier extraordinaire Elizabeth Montes, seemed to have something for everyone. The cocoa was rich with flavor but not too sweet. I highly recommend.”
From Julio Appling, Vancouver WA. “This was the first day of recent excursion to Buenos Aires, Argentina. While I’m not normally a straight double-espresso kind of guy, following a 10-hour international flight, a café double hit the spot just perfectly. It was served with a mini fudge ball and a candied orange peel.”
Try not to be jealous of his life, ok? But the candied orange peel idea…I am stealing that one.

A leftover cup from my espresso tasting class at Temple Coffee last weekend. Also, my response to the doctor who suggested to me that I might want to consider cutting back on my caffeine. I don’t think so.
