109. “l” is for leisurely

Or maybe not. From my friend Ann Burris, who blogs about Farmer’s Markets at Annie’s Pickins. I promise, she will make you rethink turnips.

“Be forewarned, if you order a latte at 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon at the Crocker Museum, this is what will be delivered to you at your table, a little “to go” cup. Hmmmm, guess they were trying to tell us that if we thought we were going to sit there in their beautiful new cafe and enjoy a nice coffee and talk about the wonderful concert we had just heard, we might want to think again.

Perhaps the cup left something to be desired, but I do believe I see a bit of a heart in there.

  1. I should mention that this cup is only about 4″ tall so not only is it to go it’s a short to go.
