“Last night was date night, so Mr. Smith and I decided to explore a newish coffee shop, Kéan Coffee in Newport Beach. There are two locations and it was started by the Diedrich (Martin Diedrich) coffee guy and named after his son. They have a HUGE selection of beans and it made the car smell amazing. I am trying the Panamanian Boquete Alto Lino. Tomorrow will be the 100%, obscenely expensive Hawaiian.
It was a cold (for Southern California) blustery, rainy night, so a hot mocha for each of was perfect. Worth the trip, even in the pouring rain.”
