From Bernadette of Vertigo B. “Another blustery date night, but the hot coffee, warm Apple Macadamia Nut Pie, and wonderful Mr. Smith warmed me up. He is the best date EVER!”
Everyone, all together now, say “ahhhhhhhhhhhh!”
1000 cups of coffee, one photo at a time

From Elizabeth Salaam in San Diego.
‘This is the cup that’s keeping me going this afternoon. Not the first, and probably not the last cup of the day.”
I hear you, sister.
Elizabeth blogs about San Diego at The Yuki Pages.
From Kris, San Franciso Bay Area. “I took this photo about a year ago when my husband and I had a short getaway from our children and spent the night in San Francisco. The photo has good memories for me of lingering together over a morning coffee. And it doesn’t hurt that the glassware and metal table also remind me of many coffees shared together in Paris on pre-children vacations.”
Kris has a pretty interesting blog, A Suburban Life, where she ponders that intersection between life and work. I hang out at that intersection too, so it’s nice to meet someone who is finding time for family, work, blogging and coffee.
Hi there, and welcome to my little world of traveling coffee. We had quite a bit of excitement over the weekend when WordPress featured coffee|served daily on Freshly Pressed, and a gazillion hits ensued. Even more exciting, lots of new subscribers and contributors. So if that’s you, happy to meet you.
Let me get you some coffee…it will be just a moment. So while we’re waiting, I have a few questions. I started this project in January and have had a blast, but I am making it up as I go. Can you help me figure out the rest?
Hey, the coffee is ready. Leave me a comment if you have an opinion on any of the above (or anything else, because that’s what coffee conversation is about, isn’t it?). Thanks for coming by, come again, and don’t forget your coffee photo…we have 800 more to go, plenty of room for everyone.
Stay caffeinated.
Kim
Just a quick commercial break between coffee cup 200 (!!) and 201. This is pretty cute. More coffee coming soon!
I wanted something special for coffee cup number 200 (do I hear a woo hoo?) and this past weekend it showed up from Julio Appling in Vancouver, Washington.
“This was my final day of a five-week international music tour with my band, The Student Loan. This was my first experience touring internationally, and the schedule was rather hectic. Fortunately, I found time to decompress on the final day before returning home. Who can resist morning coffee on the beach in Samoa?”
Julio’s blog is Extroverted Introversion. More to come from Julio who seems to have mastered the art of “have coffee, will travel.”
