Vicki is my good friend, and the Girlie Birds are her running group (and includes my other friend Robin). They run so I don’t have to. But I could drink coffee with them, for sure.

“Two friends met the other day; one, cool and elegant, much like an iced coffee laced with milk, made with exotic beans that have notes of earthy pleasures and hints of spice; the other hot and frothy but a little sweet, like a vanilla latte’. They discussed a third friend and how it all came together that each should know each other. Elle told the tale of how she and Kim met many years ago and have traveled the coffee highway together. In an amazing set of circumstance, Ken met Elle and now they are fast friends on the java express. So it is that Elle and Ken and Kim have come together and isn’t that what a coffee blog is all about. . . “
