“I totally have a crush on this new coffee shop in Charlotte. The Not Just Coffee Shop makes my toes curl. Total coffee nerds, but they make coffee with love. If you order a mocha, he pulls the shots ristretto.(Ristretto is a very “short” shot of espresso coffee. Originally this meant pulling a hand press (not shown at right) faster than usual using the same amount of water as a regular shot of espresso.) Thanks Wikipedia! Mixes the chocolate and espresso, then pours the milk, fresh whipped cream, tops it with real homemade chocolate syrup, made with fancy, organic chocolate. Then garnishes with chocolate sugar crack. My first coffee crush.”
