Saturday morning in the yard. And I will never admit to buying shoes just so they look good in a coffee photo. But they do look swell, don’t they?
874. afternoon pick-me-up
869. coffee, clay and a little tilt shift
Last weekend my niece and I had some polymer clay fun. She made a great little layered cake, wish I had a picture of it for you. I made a heart garland, and decided to do a little more work on it today. Also discovered the tilt shift app on my iPhone. Love a lazy Sunday morning when it appears that one has plenty of time to do everything on one’s list.
823. happy birthday kathleen
Happy Birthday, my friend. I love that Kate and Brendan are together, and you know I adore him (sorry Brendan, don’t mean to embarrass you, but I know you can handle it). But Kathleen, your friendship has been such a delightful, surprising, inspiring, loving and fun gift. Who would have imagined that sending our kids to Canada would have worked out so beautifully? Happy Day…
813. iron lady with coffee
812. first blush
I think this is the second “coffee cup on the bathroom sink” shot I’ve done. It’s been a long year, and 812 cups is a lot of coffee, so give me a break (oh, was I being defensive?). It was back here, coffee cup #79. But it’s the truth…I start the day with coffee the minute I wake up and don’t put down my cup until I walk out the door. Thirty minutes later, I have my first cup at the studio. I don’t know why my daughter thinks I am addicted to caffeine.
