1000 cups of coffee, one photo at a time
Suzy Eynon, Seattle, WA. Suzy sent me the photo for coffee cup number 198, and then I saw these illustrations on her blog, Holding Hands with Strangers. They are charming and delightful and make me smile. Everything I seek in a coffee cup. I hope you are charmed as well.

This past weekend I was invited to an “artourage”…a day-long thrifting, arting, recrafting extravaganza with eleven other women. Our seventh stop (after coffee, of course…see photos 57, 58 and 60) was at the home and studio of glass artist Dianne Van de Carr. After we wandered through her bowling ball garden, exchanged hugs, and picked bags full of fresh oranges from her trees, she allowed us to hang out and poke around her studio. In the corner, I found this. I may have to buy it….there’s a wall in my kitchen, whispering “I need bliss, the caffeinated version.”
